Job Description:
Lindner Capital Advisors is a Registered Investment Advisor, servicing Investment Professionals and their clients by providing a Turn Key Asset Management Solution to wealth preservation and growth. We are currently seeking one Internal Wholesaler.

The candidate will work closely with Lindner’s regional external wholesalers to increase sales and provide exceptional customer service and foster new relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Primary Contact for the Relationship Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with RM’s and update database.
• Set up sales meetings and provide support and follow-up for the external wholesaler.
• Initiate out-bound phone calls, email and mailings to RM’s to increase sales.
• Prepare materials and presentations for Sales Meetings
• Provide assistance to RM’s regarding Website navigation, and Marketing material requests
• Identify RM development candidates.
• Prepare performance comparisons.
• Create ad hoc performance reports.
• Assist with Lindner College – RM development course.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree
• Current Series 7 and 65 preferred.
• Minimum two years full-time employment with a financial services company.
• Proven selling and relationship building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
